It's important to establish a consistent feeding and cleaning schedule for your pet. For parrots under 13", provide 1/2 cup of food daily. Always supply fresh, clean drinking water. For optimal freshness store in a cool, dry area before and after opening. Refrigerate for extended storage.
We recommend a 3 week food transition period be practiced for optimum results.
- Week 1: Mix 1/4 of the Tropical Carnival food to 3/4 of the current food and repeat daily for one week.
- Week 2: Mix 1/2 of the Tropical Carnival food to 1/2 of the current food and repeat daily for one week.
- Week 3: Mix 3/4 of the Tropical Carnival food with 1/4 of the current food and repeat daily for one week.
- Week 4: Transition is complete and you can supply only Tropical Carnival to your pet as its main diet.
